Very special workout today… my youngest came along with me… it was soooo neat to have company… someone to talk to and to share stuff with! He loved it and says he wants to do it again someday, yay! We went for a short little run (1.85km or 1.14miles) and he did amazing.
I did some yoga in the am to stretch my stiff muscles with my mind set on the half that awaits tomorrow… don’t know what will happen but will do my best, that’s for sure!
Onto an English class with my niece now and then settling… early bed as I have an almost 2 hour commute to the race!
